Common questions
Do you do fixed-price projects?
Yes. Almost all of our projects are fixed-price with a detailed scope document. We price the scope, not the hours. If scope changes, we scope-change together.
What does a typical engagement look like end to end?
Intro call → scoped proposal (usually within 48 hours) → 50% deposit → build phase with weekly check-ins → delivery + launch support → optional retainer. Most projects are 6–20 weeks.
Do you require a deposit?
50% upfront for all project work. The remaining 50% is split across milestones or due at delivery, depending on project size.
Do you offer payment plans?
For projects over $15,000, we offer milestone-based payment tied to delivery checkpoints: typically 50% / 25% / 25% across start, mid, and delivery.
What's the minimum engagement?
The Design Sprint at $8,000 is our smallest project. We don't do hourly work or sub-week engagements.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. We frequently embed alongside in-house engineers and designers. The Monthly Retainer model is designed for this: we act as an extension of your team, not a separate vendor.
