Website Privacy Notice

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us or complete a project-fit form. This can include your name, work email, company, company size, role, systems involved, workflow description, approximate budget, timeline, decision-readiness information, and any message you send us.

With your consent, when you arrive through a campaign link we may temporarily store recognized campaign parameters, such as UTM values and Google click identifiers, in your browser for the current session and include them with a project-fit request. We use these to understand which marketing efforts generate qualified enquiries. Declining optional tracking clears this stored campaign context. We do not intentionally collect contact details through these parameters.

With consent, our website may collect pseudonymous browser, device, page-view, interaction, and approximate-location information through analytics and advertising-measurement tools. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the project-fit form.

We do not sell project-fit form information for money. We do not intentionally include form contents or direct identifiers in the events sent through our website tags.

We use service providers to run the website and respond to enquiries. They process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and privacy notices.

• →Google Analytics 4: consented website analytics and qualified-lead measurement. Where our accounts are linked, eligible GA4 conversion events may be imported into Google Ads for advertising measurement.

• →Calendly: if you choose to schedule a project-fit call after qualifying, the scheduling details you enter are processed by Calendly under its own privacy notice.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

We ask for consent before loading Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. If you decline before they load, they remain off; your project-fit request can still be submitted directly to us through Netlify Forms. If you withdraw consent after the tools have loaded, we stop optional tracking; the blog reloads to remove its analytics tag. Previously transmitted data cannot be recalled by this choice.

When consent is granted, Google Analytics records page views and event data such as a qualified project-fit submission. We may use that event to measure Google Ads performance through a linked Google Ads account. We do not intentionally include your form answers, name, email, company, or other direct identifiers in that event. Tracking services may receive page URLs; please do not include sensitive information in a URL.

You can change your choice using the persistent Privacy choices control. We honor Global Privacy Control where applicable by keeping optional analytics and advertising measurement off.

The Toastfield Journal at blog.toastfield.com uses its own Google Analytics property and its own Privacy choices control. Your choice on the blog is separate from your choice on the main website. The blog does not load the main site's Meta Pixel.

We retain project-fit submissions for up to 12 months or until the enquiry has been resolved, whichever is longer, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or security reasons. Standard website server logs may be retained for a shorter operational-security period.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS for information transmitted to our website and access controls for production systems. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or limit certain processing. You may also withdraw optional analytics and advertising consent at any time through Privacy choices.

To make a privacy request, email info@toastfield.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it. We aim to respond within 30 days where applicable law requires a response.

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the project-fit form.
